Since India that is Bharat is the largest Democracy in the world therefore it is incumbent upon us to see to resolve any issue in democratic manner, similar is the position with the present problem in hand i.e. International Pandemic COVID-19. It is required to see in this perspective due to not only the internal reason but to show case to entire world that a problem can sorted out in Democratic country as effectively as in a Totalitarian state, which is normally being propagated all the times. Therefore, India can establish precedence to the world in this concern. In view of that this, research paper is an attempt to show how we people of India as well as Government /s are keeping balance between Social responsibility & Personal Liberty in the Guidance of Constitution of India in democratic manner.
